Gardaí appeal for info on meat burglars who stole fillet and sirloin steak in Naas

The steak has a sale value of €20,000. Anyone who has been offered meat for sale under unusual circumstances has been asked to contact gardaí.

BURGLARS IN NAAS stole steak to the value of €20,000 from a premises in the town on Thursday.

Gardaí in Co Kildare are appealing for any information regarding the burglary of a premises in Naas where 12 boxes of sirloin steak and 34 boxes of fillet steak were stolen.

All of the produce was in vacuum packed form and has a sale vale of €20,000.

Gardaí have asked that any member of the public or business who was offered either of these meat varieties for sale under unusual circumstances to contact them at Naas garda station on 045 884300, the garda confidential line on 1800 666 111 or any garda station.
