Gardaí appeal for witnesses to late night single-vehicle crash

The driver was seriously injured in the incident.

GARDAÍ HAVE APPEALED for witnesses to a serious single vehicle collision in Donegal.

A car collided with traffic signs and a telephone pole on the Derry Road at Drumnahoagh, Letterkenny at 12.50am yesterday morning.

The driver, who was the only occupant of the vehicle, was seriously injured in the collision.

The car was a silver BMW 3 Series with an 02-DL registration.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone who may have travelled on the road or observed the car prior to the collision to contact them at Letterkenny Garda Station on 074 9167100, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or at any Garda Station.
