Gardaí renew appeal for assistance tracing missing Cavan man

Gerard Daly, originally from Tallaght, moved to Cavan in recent years but has not been seen for a month.

GARDAÍ HAVE RENEWED their appeal for information on the whereabouts of Cavan resident Gerard Daly, who has been missing for over a month.

Daly, 42, is originally from the Knockmore Grove area in Tallaght but moved to Bailieboro in Co Cavan in recent years. He was last seen at his home on Sunday 26 June.

Daly is described as 5 foot 10 inches  in height. He is of broad build, with dark cropped hair and blue eyes.

Gardaí added that Daly is be well known to dog enthusiasts and breeders.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Bailieboro Garda Station at (042) 9694570 or the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111.

Gardaí have acknowledged the assistance received by the public so far.
