Gardaí searching for missing teenager

Gardaí have appealed for information about missing 15-year-old Ann Walsh from Kilkenny.

GARDAÍ ARE APPEALING for information about the whereabouts of a 15-year-old girl from Kilkenny, who has been missing from her home since 13 January.

Ann Walsh, better known as ‘Nan’, went missing from her home at Rockfield, Gowran, Co Kilkenny almost a week ago.

Ann was spotted in the Ballyraggert area of Kilkenny on Saturday, 15 January 2011 and near the McDonagh Junction at midday on Sunday the 16 January.

When last seen she was wearing black jeans, a grey hooded top with the word ‘Kilkenny’ written on the front and a pair of suede boots.

Anyone who has information about her whereabouts is asked to contact Graiguenamanagh Garda Station on 059-9725750 or the Garda Confidential Line 1800-666-111.
