Injured man identified

A man who received serious head injuries in a fall in Ballincollig, Cork, has been identified.

THE INJURED MAN found in Ballincollig has been identified and his family are now at his bedside.

Gardaí in Ballincollig were seeking information on the identity of the man, who sustained serious head injuries after a fall in Cork on Thursday night.

They say he fell on the Main St in Ballincollig, Cork, on Thursday night, 4 August, at 10.40pm.

He is presently in Cork University Hospital receiving treatment and his family have been informed of his condition.
