Want a family home that has it all? Register for two brand new developments in Kildare now

Belin Woods and Walker’s Gate are both ideally located within walking distance of schools, shops and more.

THE ‘IDEAL HOME’ can vary from buyer to buyer, but space, convenience and a future-proof location are usually high up on the list.

That’s exactly the mix of features you’ll find at two new Kildare developments from Glenveagh Homes: Belin Woods in Newbridge and Walker’s Gate just outside Kildare town. Registration is open now.

Both developments are within walking distance of a major town centre, meaning everything from shops to schools to sports facilities will be close at hand.

You’ll also be close to some of Kildare’s breathtaking green spaces, like Pollardstown Fen and the Curragh Plains, which sit right between the two developments and are a 10-15 minute drive from each.

Belin Woods, Newbridge

Each two, three and four-bedroom home here is bright and airy with a large open-plan kitchen and French doors leading to the rear garden.

Thoughtful touches like fitted Shaker-style bedroom wardrobes, contemporary bathroom tiling and neutral painted walls make for a stylish interior base that’ll suit a range of different tastes. Outside, rear gardens are seeded, with private parking to the front.

As well as being a 15-minute stroll from Newbridge’s many amenities, Belin Woods is a 40 minute drive to Dublin city, and the train from Newbridge will have you at Heuston in 25 minutes.

Shopping at Kildare Village is just a three-minute drive away, with a 50-minute journey by car to Dublin city and a 45-minute drive to Dublin Airport. For commutes and days out, Kildare train station is a 15 minute walk from Walker’s Gate and sits on the main Dublin-Cork route.
