FINDING A HOME that matches your budget without compromising your list of must-haves can be tricky, but we’re here to make that task easier.

This week, we’re looking at properties around the country with an asking price of exactly €350,000 – from a home with poly tunnels in West Cork to a redbrick terraced home in Ringsend.
In Co Cork, this budget will get you not one house, but two! You’ll have a four-bedroom residence, as well as a two-bedroom studio, in addition to a workshop, two poly tunnels, and a storage building. The property sits on four acres and has mature trees throughout the grounds.
Tucked just off the main Skibbereen to Bantry Road, about five miles north of Skibbereen town, you’ll enjoy the peace of country life while having the town’s amenities close enough for a quick drive to pick up any forgotten necessities. The property is move-in ready.
Meanwhile, back in Dublin, €350,000 will find you a three-bedroom, two-bathroom semi-detached house in Kingswood, Dublin 24. Set on a quiet cul de sac, it would make a great family home, with a gated front drive for added security and an extra spot for kids to play. The property is very close to the LUAS line, as well as to the M50 motorway.
On the main floor, you’ll find a living room with a cast iron fireplace, and the bright kitchen benefits from two sets of double doors that let light stream in. Upstairs, there are three large bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Across the city, this budget will net you a two-bedroom, one-bathroom redbrick terraced house in conveniently-located Ringsend. The house has charming brick details to the front, and while the house might be cosy on the inside, you’ll have all the amenities you need on your doorstep.
