Under €250,000K

Dublin, city centre – €140,000

Last week news came through that there are only 395 houses available under the Central Bank’s €220,000 limit to those looking to avail of leniency on mortgage deposit rules.

Well, here is one of those houses. This three-bedroom in Dublin 1 is in a very good location but “is in need of modernisation”. The city-centre home comes with a garden to the rear and has gas central heating. It also has free on-street parking.

Cork, city centre – €395,000

This house is remarkably spacious for being so centrally located. The four-bedroom detached home is said to sit on a “very private site”.

This apartment in the southern suburb of Dublin city has a lot of luxury features that will appeal for buyers getting into the upper end of the market. These include its own BOSE sound system and a large outdoor balcony with a Jacuzzi.
