Under €250,000

Limerick, city centre – €65,000

For a property under €250,000 (way under €250,000) you could do worse then this three-bedroom dormer bungalow in Limerick, a bargain at €65,000. Located a five-minute walk away from Limerick city centre, the house is being advertised as an opportunity for first-buyers.

Under €500,000

Dublin, Portobello – €390,000

While it is difficult to describe anything that costs €590,000 as a bargain – this property was initially priced at €1.5 million.
