Here is our pick of properties from €250,000… up to €1 million.

GETTING INTO THE property market can be a daunting experience. Here we try and make it a bit easier – and bring you four of the best properties on the market around the country this week.

Under €250,000

Dublin city centre – €180,000 (auction)

While this house in Dublin does not have a fixed price, it is set to go to auction with a reserve of between €140,000 and €180,000. The sale will be taking place at the RDS on  11 December.

Located adjacent to Connolly Station in the centre of Dublin, the property presents a real opportunity for an opportunistic bargain hunter. The end-of-terrace house is less than 1,000m from O’Connell Street.
