What can I get in Ireland right now... for exactly €275,000?

From a spacious five-bed in Wexford to a family bungalow in Galway.

FINDING THE PERFECT budget-friendly home can be tricky business in Ireland these days. That’s why, each week, we handpick a selection of properties all within a specific price point.

This week, we’re looking at houses around the country that are on the market for the very attractive price tag of €275,000.

Duncormick, Co Wexford

Impressive in size, No 4 The Greens is a five-bed detached home with a garage that’s fit for conversion. The property is surrounded by easy to maintain gardens with a south-facing space to the back. The kitchen and dining room is a large space that leads to the rear through double doors.
