Price Comparison: What can I buy in Co Wicklow for under €600,000?

From a five-bed in Wicklow town to a three-bed in Delgany.

GETTING YOUR HEAD around the fast-changing property market can be difficult, so that’s why we’re here to make things a little easier.

Each week, we cherry pick a number of homes within a similar budget, to give you the best idea of the property landscape at a particular price point.

This week, we’re looking at properties in Co Wicklow, which will leave you change from €600,000.

Four-bed, detached, Wicklow Town – €575,000

10 Weston Close is a detached home that spans 138 m² and sits walking distance from the seaside town of Wicklow. This five-bed home has lots of space inside as well as out. The rooms on the ground floor consist of a large living room, a kitchen with a utility off it, a separate dining room and a bathroom. Two of the five bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. All in all this home spans an impressive 207 m².

Outside, there are lawns front and back of the house and plenty of parking. Two sets of doors that lead from the large dining room let you step out onto the pretty sandstone patio and seating area that’s perfect for entertaining. Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, the house is just a walk from Wicklow town.
