What can I get in Ireland right now for...€200,000 or less?

Budget-busting homes in Laois, Waterford, Kildare and Clare.

IF YOU’RE STICKING to a budget while looking for a new home, you’ll know how stressful it can be. Never fear – each week, we take a look at four homes at a certain price point, in locations all over the country, so you can get a better idea of what’s out there.

This week, we’re looking at homes at the €200,000 price mark, also known as some of the best value homes on the market. Here are four of our favourites…

Portlaoise, Co Laois — €199,999

This three-bedroom, semi-detached home is located in Roundwood Close, a development in the quiet village of Mountrath, just outside Portlaoise town – so you’ll get all the conveniences Portlaoise has to offer, with a quieter lifestyle.
