From a Longford townhouse to a smart Limerick redbrick.

This week, we’re taking a look at some of Ireland’s more affordable homes, most priced in and around €200,000 – and one that comes in well under that amount.

Edgeworthstown, Co Longford — €215,000

This dormer-style three-bedroom home is presented to the market in turn-key condition. Sitting on 0.7 acres of land, this property is an excellent choice for those who want (or need) a lot of space both inside and out.

The living area is dual aspect with an open fireplace, and upstairs the master bedroom has both en-suite access and a walk in wardrobe. It’s also a haven for those with green fingers, too, as the property sits on a well-kept manicured lawn.
