The Orchard Field sits on 1.1 of an acre and is an impressive 315 m² in size. On the ground floor, the hallway leads to the main social spots, a studio and two large open plan areas that combine the kitchen and a dining area and then a living space and another place to eat in. While two sets of French doors lead to patios, a third set opens out on to the wraparound balcony. Two of the generously-sized bedrooms, including the main bedroom, reside on the ground floor along with a large bathroom. This level has underfloor heating. The first floor is where the three remaining bedrooms are located, one of which is en suite, while the other two share a bathroom.
