USE IT AS a reading nook, a place to sip your coffee or to simply get some fresh air without the need to look presentable, a balcony might be a big selling point for any house hunter. This week, we’ve scoured the country and found four homes with balconies ready and waiting to be enjoyed.
This large six-bed in Tankardstown spans 270 m² and is located near Drogheda, Ashbourne, Balbriggan and Stamullen. From the tiled porch, there is a living room with an open fire to the left and then a large open plan kitchen and dining room. There is also a guest toilet and a utility room on this floor.

Location-wise, Ardee is 8 km away and home to schools of both levels while the M1 connecting to Dublin is 15km away.
