Two women and man die in Leitrim house fire

The fire broke out in the early hours of this morning at house near Manorhamilton.

THREE PEOPLE HAVE died in a house fire in a rural part of Leitrim overnight.

Emergency services were called to the scene of the house fire in Lisnabrack, in a rural part of Manorhamilton, at around 2.20am this morning.

Two women and a man died in the fire.

Their bodies have not yet been identified and remain at the scene pending a full technical examination by gardaí being carried out this morning.

Gardaí say the incident does not appear to be suspicious at this stage.
