What can I get in Ireland for... around €500,000?

From a rural stunner in Galway to a luxurious apartment in Dublin 14.

FINDING A NEW HOME within your price range is a tough project, especially if you’re a first time buyer.

That’s why, each week, we take a look at homes within a certain price range all over Ireland, to give you an idea of what your money will get you in today’s market.

This week, we’re taking a look at four homes around the €500,000 mark.

Clontarf, Dublin 3 – €475,000

An end-of-terrace family home, 166 Belgrove Park is a three-bed property set out over three floors. Its tall contemporary design hides a wealth of space inside, with a large open plan living/dining room downstairs. The master bedroom sits on its own level, with an ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and private balcony.

Families will find plenty to love about Clontarf, and Belgrove Park is just a short stroll from the seafront. There’s easy access to the M1, M50 and Dublin Airport, and the DART will have you in the city in just over 20 minutes.

Inside this home, natural materials are right at the fore, with polished wood finishings in almost every room. The country-style kitchen features a central island and an atrium-style roof, making for an eye-catching and cosy space. There’s pitched pine flooring in each bedroom, too.
