Hurricane Hermine heading for Texas, Mexico

HURRICANE EARL MAY HAVE dissipated without causing any serious damage, but the hurricane season is far from over. A hurricane watch has been issued for the coasts of Texas and Mexico as Hurricane Hermine edges closer. Hermine is currently some 205 miles off-shore and heading north-north-west. Time magazine says Hermine is not expected to cause much trouble.
