It happened as they were working at a construction site, the West Australian reports.

The men suffered crush injuries after at least one concrete panel fell from a truck as it was being unloaded.

It happened at around 11.30am local time (3.30am Irish time) according to the West Australian’s report.

Workers were evacuated from the area, and the site – at the junction of Goderich Street and Bennett Street – was closed for several hours.

Police, St John’s Ambulance and the Department of Fire and Emergency Services all attended the scene, according to ABC news.
