The government may be thinking of a shake-up, but will it make any difference?

MICHAEL NOONAN SAYS that there is “no plan” that he knows of to replace John Tierney as head of Irish Water.

The opposition says the government should accept it made mistakes and not try to “scapegoat” Tierney.

However, rumours of a shake-up at Irish Water are still rampant today.
