Poll: Is it ok for TDs to have a drink before going into the Dáil chamber?

With at least 17 TDs admitting that they had entered the chamber after having a drink, we want to know is that ok with you?

ON LAST NIGHT’S TV3 Midweek programme, it was revealed that at least 17 TDs have admitted to having an alcoholic drink before entering the chamber.

Labour Chief Whip Emmett Stagg told the programme he had no issue with TDs having a drink.

“If a TD has a pint or two I don’t think that’s a problem for me and I don’t think it’s a problem for the citizens of the country either,” he said.

But is it ok with you?
