30 new jobs as Jack & Jones set to open Dundrum store next month

The company has taken a 10-year lease on the 8,300 sq ft store.

THE MENSWEAR STORE Jack & Jones plans to open its new flagship store in Dundrum Town Centre in mid-November.

The store – which will be one of the biggest in Europe – will create about 30 new jobs.

Jack & Jones already has outlets in Blanchardstown, Liffey Valley and Ilac shopping centres.

It has more than one thousand stores in 38 countries.

Pat Hegarty of Jack & Jones said:

We are delighted to be opening our flagship Jack & Jones store in Dundrum which will be one of the biggest in Europe.

The company has taken a 10-year lease on the 8,300 sq ft store.

Jack & Jones is owned by the Danish group, Bestseller Retailer. It closed 14 of its 36 outlets in Ireland in 2010 – at a loss of 80 jobs.
