Japanese art v Versailles

The Japanese return to Versailles, 65 years on – this time on slightly friendlier terms.

VERSAILLES PALACE AND GARDENS have been taken over by an unusual – and somewhat incongruous – art exhibition.

A collection of work by Japanese pop artist Takashi Murakami will be shown throughout at Versailles from 14 September until 12 December.
