Poll: Do you think JobBridge should be scrapped?

The scheme is being accused of contributing to the displacement of real jobs.

NO CHECKS ARE being carried out to see if companies signing up to JobBridge have laid off someone in a position that will be filled by an intern.

That’s according to an unpublished report by internal auditors at the Department of Social Protection, obtained by RTÉ’s This Week.

In May the Minister for Social Protection Leo Varadkar signaled that he wanted to replace it with a new scheme.

So today we’re asking, do you think JobBridge should be scrapped?
