Join Rob Kearney and our all-star panel for The42's new rugby show: The Front Row

Seán Burke, Murray Kinsella and Eimear Considine will be shoulder to shoulder after Ireland games. Subscribe today.

IRELAND’S GUINNESS SIX NATIONS campaign got off to a storming start, thanks to a bonus-point victory over Wales that had fans on their feet from Ballsbridge to Ballinspittle.

And as Andy Farrell’s men set their sights on the silverware, here at The42 we’ve been working on an all-new rugby show for this most special of championships.

We’re delighted to announce The Front Row, in partnership with Guinness.

The Front Row is a rugby podcast that puts you in the front row for the action. We’ll be following the highs, the lows, and the question that brings us all together: is this Ireland’s year? Along the way, we’ll enjoy great conversation about the match from our top-tier panel and some very special guests – starting this week with Ireland legend Rob Kearney.

The first episode drops on Monday and you can get it in your podcast feed by hitting subscribe today.

Would you like to meet The Front Row panel? We’re only too happy to oblige:

  • Seán Burke is our host, and a comedian who needs no introduction. If you’ve opened any social app over the last year or two, you’ll likely be familiar with his inimitable style. (And if not, here’s a taster.)
  • Murray Kinsella is The42′s very own Mr Rugby. Armed with a better understanding of the game than pretty much anyone, he’ll be sharing on-the-scene accounts from every Ireland match.
  • Eimear Considine has 23 Ireland caps, a devastating turn of pace and a handful of international scalps. She’ll bring first-hand experience of what it takes to show up in a major championship.

Over the next few weeks we’ll also be welcoming a range of rugby fans, famous faces, and players old and new – including groundbreaking grassroots voices from the likes of Emerald Warriors RFC. We’ve also got a very special live event lined up – watch this space.

The Front Row, from The42 and supported by Guinness, is out every Monday after Ireland’s big games. Get the latest episodes in your feed wherever you get your podcasts – subscribe today
