Justice Dept admits errors in child abuse cases

RESIDENTS IN DONAGH, Co Fermanagh, were outraged to discover that two brothers who abused children were allowed to return to the village. Northern authorities blamed their return on clerical error. A judge who ruled the men mentally unfit to stand trial had placed a resident requirement on them, the BBC reports. That information was left out of their special treatment order, and they returned home. They have since admitted themselves to hospital.
