Two charged over Kanturk burglary

The pair appeared before Cork District Court today.

TWO MEN IN their 20s have appeared before Cork District Court, charged in relation to a burglary at a house in Kanturk last weekend.

Gardaí in Cork arrested three suspects on Monday in the Mayfield area. A substantial amount of cash was also recovered during the operation.

A third person, a 27-year-old woman, has since been released without charge.

The men have been remanded in custody and are due to appear before Mallow District Court next Tuesday morning.

Investigations are ongoing.
