Karen Buckley to be buried on Tuesday

The Cork woman’s body is to be returned to Ireland this weekend.

THE BODY OF murdered student Karen Buckley is to be brought home this weekend.

The student’s funeral will take place on Tuesday in Analeentha near Mallow in Cork.

Karen’s body was found at a farm north of Glasgow last week.

The nurse was reported missing by her friends following a night out at a club near their flat, sparking a major police search.

A 21-year-old man, Alexander Pacteau, appeared in court in Glasgow yesterday charged with her murder.

Friends of the Cork woman raised £50,000 to assist her family during the search.
