Police say missing 11-year-old girl could be in Ireland

Kathleen Doherty from London has been missing for more than a week.

POLICE IN LONDON have said that an 11-year-old girl who has gone missing could be anywhere in the UK or Ireland.

Kathleen Doherty, from Greenford in London, went missing with her sister Biddy more than a week ago. Biddy, who is 14, was found in north London two nights ago and is in the care of the local authority. However Kathleen has not yet been located.

The Metropolitan Police have appealed specifically to the Travelling community for help in finding the girl.

The High Court in London has ordered that Kathleen be returned to the care of the local authority.
