Price Comparison: What can I buy in Co Kerry for under €500,000?

Two detached homes and two semi-detached homes are on the list this week.

EACH WEEK, WE find a number of homes that are all within a similar price range, to give you an idea of the property landscape at the moment.

This week, we’re looking at properties in Co Kerry for under €500,000. Two detached homes and two semi-detached homes make it on the list this time, including a four-bed in scenic Kenmare and three-bed in Tralee town.

Four-bed, detached, Kenmare – €475,000

Ronnoc View in the Killaha West area is set on about 1.6 acres and offers lovely views of Kenmare Bay and the surrounding countryside. The house is just 4.4 km from Kenmare town. The interior spans just about 240 m² and comprises a large entrance hall, open plan kitchen with dining space, a living room and a sitting room.

Three-bed, semi- detached, Tralee – Price on application 

Upton House or 7 Clash West is located in a popular area of Tralee, conveniently close to everything needed for every day family life. The house is and within walking distance of MTU, Kerry General Hospital, Manor Retail Park, and Tralee town centre.
