Price Comparison: What can I buy around Co Kildare for under €525,000?

From a five-bed in Newbridge to a three-bed in Naas.

ON THE HUNT for the perfect home but hoping to get as much bang for your buck as possible? 

Each week, we pick four homes within a similar budget in one location, to give you a better idea of the property landscape at a set price point.

This week, we’re heading to Co Kildare and looking at properties on the market for  €525,000 or under. 

Five-bed, detached, Newbridge – €465,000

68 Wellesley Manor offers family friendly living in a sought-after estate, within a stroll from schools and Newbridge Main Street. The bright hallway leads to two reception rooms, one featuring a cosy open fire and stylish coving. The modern kitchen and dining area is a highlight with ample storage. It overlooks the garden and leads to a patio space.
