Price Comparison: What can I buy in Co Kilkenny for under €500,000?

Two in the city and two in the countryside.

THIS WEEK WE’RE heading to the Marble County to see what you could get for under €500,000 in the current climate.

It can be hard to find the time to trawl through listings, so let us do some of the work for you. If you’re looking to buy in Co Kilkenny, one of these houses may just be the home you’ve been waiting for.

Four-bed, detached, Owning – €475,000

Churchview Lodge is a 159 m² home that dates to the early 1900s and has been restored over the years. This home is still filled with original features like the tiled floors, architraves and marble fireplace. The rooms inside comprise a hallway that links to an inner hall and then a living room and a kitchen that incorporates a dining space with a utility room off it. The main bedrooms has an en suite bathroom while the remaining three share the family bathroom.
