THE AVERAGE ASKING price of a home in Kimmage is now just under €375,000, according to the latest figures.

Analysis by Daft.ie across all properties advertised in the area in the first three months of 2018 puts the average list price at €374,858.

It still has some way to go before reaching its Celtic Tiger peak. Prices hit an average of €490,000 in 2006 – before dropping as far as €223,000 in 2012.
