Large fire damages derelict building on Dublin's Camden Street

Firefighters and Gardaí were on the scene after the fire broke out early this morning.

A LARGE FIRE has caused extensive damage to a derelict building on Dublin’s Camden Street.

The fire broke earlier this morning with Gardaí and members of Dublin Fire Brigade attending the scene at around 1.30am.

Firefighters tackled a large blaze on the upper levels of the vacant building. No one was injured and just before 7am, the fire appeared to have been put out.

Diversions were in place temporarily but have since been lifted.
