Man (20s) killed in three car crash on the Belfast Road

The incident happened just before midnight last night.

A MAN IN his twenties was killed in a road traffic accident on the Belfast Road on Friday.

At around 11.45pm last night, three cars, a silver Vauxhall Corsa, a blue Peugeot 206 and a black Volkswagen Touran were all involved in the crash.

A spokesman for the PSNI has appealed to anyone with information about the road traffic accident to contact Larne Police Station on 00 44 845 600 8000.

The road was closed for a time while a technical examination was carried, but motorists are advised that the Belfast Road in Larne has now been reopened.
