POPE FRANCIS HAS said that Catholics should consider putting down their phones or turning off TV for Lent

As part of Lent, Christians of various traditions attempt to abstain from something for over six weeks beginning yesterday, Ash Wednesday. 

It lasts until Easter Sunday, which this year is 12 April. So, religious or not will you be attempting to cut down on anything?
