LIVE: Interest groups tell Oireachtas committee what Fiscal Compact means for Ireland

Today marks the third of three days of hearings of an Oireachtas committee examining the impact of the fiscal compact deal.

TODAY MARKS the last of three days of hearings of the Oireachtas all-party committee on EU Affairs, discussing the forthcoming referendum on the Fiscal Compact referendum.

This morning’s hearings involve people from ISME, Financial Services Ireland, the IFA and IBEC. Later, the committee will hear from the likes of the IIEA and charities umbrella group The Wheel, and this afternoon from the likes of the Green Party and Libertas.
