A Galway punter has just one day to claim a €250,000 prize

The ticket was bought in Dunmore.

A LOTTO WINNER has just 24 hours to claim their quarter of a million euro prize.

The punter was the winner of a Lotto Plus 2 Prize.

They bought their winning ticket on Saturday 6 August 2016 in Hannon’s Daybreak, on the High Street, in Dunmore, Co. Galway.

The ticket holder bought a €10 quick pick ticket and matched the six numbers in the Lotto Plus 2 draw on the following Wednesday, 10 August 2016 to win the €250,000 top prize.

The winning numbers were: 1, 9, 10, 15, 23, 30 and the bonus number was 2.

Ticketholders have 90 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize. The winning ticket must be presented at National Lottery Headquarters on Abbey Street in Dublin by close of business tomorrow.
