Poll: Would you report anti-social behaviour on public transport by text?

Give it to us straight. Be honest.

A NEW SERVICE launched today which will allow Luas users report any anti-social behaviour they see on trams through a simple text message.

With the dedicated number, passengers will be able to send their tram number and location, along with details of the problem, to the operators.

“This new service means that Luas staff can be made aware of these incidents and can respond to them quicker than ever, so that journeys can be even safer and more pleasant for everybody,” Transdev (which runs the Luas) said today.

Anti-social behaviour isn’t confined to the Luas – it happens on buses and trains across the country too. So today we’re asking:

Would you report anti-social behaviour on public transport by text?

Poll Results:

Yes (8194)
No (627)
I don't know (448)
