LUAS SERVICES ARE disrupted in Dublin city centre this morning after a tram and a lorry collided on Harcourt Street.

The Luas operator said passengers should expect delays on the green line after the incident which happened just after 8.15am.

Photographs from the scene show fire brigade and ambulance vehicles on Harcourt Street.

It is the second minor incident involving Luas trams in two days; a car and tram collided at the junction of Abbey Street and Capel Street in Dublin city centre yesterday morning.

Earlier the service was disrupted due to the incident with services running only from BridesGlen to Beechwood.

In a statement posted by Luas, the operator apologised for any inconvenience caused.
