Poll: Do you eat dinner in front of the TV?

Give it to us straight. Be honest.

TV DINNERS ARE in the news today thanks to a study from the British Medical Journal  which links processed food to ill-health.

For some, sitting down at the kitchen table is non-negotiable, especially as it might be the only time they get to connect with their family that day. But for others, dinner with the TV on is just part of the daily wind-down ritual.

Regardless of whether your dinner is an organic vegetarian feast or a microwaved ready meal, do you make the effort to sit down and eat it at the kitchen table?
