6. Some sad news to finish off the Fix, unfortunately. At least 16 cows, calves and horses were found dead at the base of cliffs in county Clare – and they may have been there for up to two months.

The Clare Champion has some graphic images of the scene, which is now being investigated by four separate authorities.
