Road accident blocks two lanes of M50 northbound

The accident happened between Junction 12 and 13 of the motorway.

A ROAD TRAFFIC accident involving a number of vehicles is blocking two lanes of the M50 northbound this afternoon.

The gardaí confirmed that the traffic collision occurred between junction 12 and 13 exists on the motorway and two lanes are closed.

Gardaí, ambulance and the Dublin fire service are at the scene.

There are no reports of any injuries.
