Take a break and watch this terrified Irish mammy battling a huge spider

The arachnophobes among us feel for her, but it’s still pretty hilarious…

WE’RE NOT ALL fans of creepy crawlies but this Irish mammy’s arachnophobia is off the charts.

Shane O’Connor, rather than help his terrified mother get rid of a rather large spider which had invaded their home, decided to film her for almost five minutes as she tried to swat the creature with a spatula.

And much as we feel for her, you can’t help but laugh.

It is a battle (mostly with herself) which she ultimately wins but we hope Shane steps in next time before his poor mammy has a heart attack.
