Man arrested after bulldozer and cash found in search

Around €300,000 in Euro and Sterling was also seized at the premises in Monaghan .

A MAN HAS been arrested after a car, a van, a bulldozer and cash was seized during a planned search in Monaghan yesterday.

Around €300,000 in sterling and euro was found along with the vehicles at a premises near Castleblaney.

A man aged is his 40s was arrested during the planned search by the Criminal Assets Bureau and local gardai.

He’s currently being held at Carrickmacross Garda Station.
