Foul play ruled out in Waterford death

A man’s body was discovered in a house on Alexander Street in the city on Saturday evening.

GARDAÍ SAY THEY are not treating as suspicious the discovery of a man’s body in a house in Waterford.

The man’s remains were found in a house on Alexander Street in the city just before 8pm on Saturday evening.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene and his remains were brought to Waterford Regional Hospital.

A technical examination of the scene and a post mortem was carried out yesterday revealed that foul play was not involved in the death.
