Man charged over Dublin stabbing

A 33-year-old was stabbed to death at his home in Lucan, Co Dublin, on Thursday evening.

ONE MAN HAS BEEN CHARGED with the murder of a man in Lucan, Dublin.

33-year-old man died in the incident which took place at a house at the Cannonbrook estate in Lucan at around 7.30pm on Thursday.

The victim was named locally as Paul Harris.

The man, who lived with his mother at the Cannonbrook house, was stabbed to death.

25-year-old Shane Millea of Maynooth Road, Cellbridge, Co Kildare, was charged with the fatal stabbing.

Gardaí investigating the incident on Thursday evening said they were treating it as a domestic incident.
