A woman in her 30s remains in custody at Waterford Garda Station.

A MAN IS due to appear before Waterford District Court this afternoon charged in relation to the death of a 60-year-old in the city on Monday night.

The 47-year-old was arrested after the body of the man was discovered in an apartment at Scotch Marsh Quay just before 11pm on 23 April.

Gardaí say they are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the man’s death.
