Man denies 2007 Tallaght murder

34-year-old says he is “totally innocent” of the murder of Sean McMahon in 2007.

A MAN HAS appeared in court charged with the murder of Sean McMahon in Tallaght in 2007.

34-year-old Paul Zambra, of Inagh Road, Ballyfermot in Dublin appeared before Tallaght District Court this morning following his arrest.

36-year-old Sean McMahon was shot in the head as he slept at his home on Donaghmore Avenue on 14 November 2007. In court today Zambra was granted free legal aid. He denied the murder charge, saying he is “totally innocent”.

He’s been remanded in custody to appear again at Cloverhill District Court on Thursday.
