Man found with gunshots wounds to his legs on a road in Finglas

A black BMW was seen leaving the scene, gardaí say.

A MAN has been found with a number of gunshot wounds to his legs on a road in north Dublin this evening.

The man, believed to be in his 40s, was taken to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown.

The discovery was made on Kilshane Road in Finglas, Dublin 11, shortly before 9pm this evening.

A black BMW was spotted leaving the scene.

Investigating gardaí have asked for witnesses, or anyone with information, to contact Finglas Garda Station on 01 666 7500.
